PRE-RELEASE INFORMATION

Privacy, clearly.

This is a description of the current website preview and the intended app architecture. A complete privacy policy will be published before account registration opens.

Camera processing

NearCam processes camera frames and captured photos on your Windows PC. This website does not request access to your camera, microphone or location, and the account service does not receive camera frames or photos.

This website preview

No account registration, payments or trial activation are available. The preview does not load the identity provider SDK, advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Cloudflare serves the website and may process connection information as the hosting provider. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Planned accounts and access checks

Account services will store a verified email, account identifiers, session state and an installation binding. A generated installation key is used for the desktop sign-in protocol; hardware fingerprint collection is not active. Trial eligibility will be checked on the server.

Before account registration opens

The final identity and payment provider configuration, data retention, account deletion and recovery procedures, seller details and support contact are still being finalized. They will be included in the launch policy before personal account data is collected.
